Policies

The diploma level needs clear rules for admission, examination, and student records.

This page summarizes the operating rules a student needs to understand before joining, paying, sitting the examination, and using the student portal.

Admission Policy

Entry rules differ for the Myanmar-language and English-language streams.

Myanmar-language applicants need at least Middle School education. English-language applicants need recognized prior Abhidhamma study in Myanmar and the ability to read and write English.

Examination Policy

Applications can be submitted online or at the university office, but examinations are always taken in person.

Branch examination centers may be granted only where there are 50 or more examinees and 3 teachers who graduated from University of Abhidhamma.

Student Record Policy

Paid registrations create a student account, application number, and ongoing academic record.

Promotion examinations are held every six months, and the student portal is used for receipts, results, certificates, diplomas, and the downloadable exam pass. Published result notices, certificate availability, and final diploma availability can also be sent automatically to the student email on file.
