How In-Person Exams Work

Promotion examinations are taken physically every six months.

Teaching is delivered online, but the formal examination is always held in person in the student’s selected language at the assigned center.

Exam Workflow

Students should know what happens before the exam, at the venue, and immediately after.

Before the Exam

Complete registration, confirm the language, and keep your exam pass ready.

Students register during the current cycle, receive a unique application number, complete the registration-fee checkout, and then use the student portal to review receipts, seat details, and the downloadable exam pass.

At the Venue

Arrive with the required identification and sit the examination in the registered language.

The student should treat exam day formally: arrive on time, follow venue instructions, and complete the paper at the assigned center.

After the Exam

Watch the announcement channel and student account for the next formal step.

After the examination, students wait for published results, then move into the next level, receive certificate-release notices for passed levels, or complete the diploma record.

Exam Essentials

Language, venue, branch-center rules, and post-exam follow-up should be visible early.

Exam languages

  • Myanmar-language examination
  • English-language examination
  • Language selected during registration

Branch examination centers

  • 50 or more examinees are required
  • 3 teachers who graduated from University of Abhidhamma are required
  • A branch center may be granted only when those conditions are met

After the examination

  • Successful students progress to the next level
  • Published results are released through the student portal and notification email
  • Passed levels can lead to certificates and certificate-availability notices
  • Successful completion of the third level leads to the diploma
  • Issued certificates and diplomas can be checked through the public verification page
